General admission
Spa sells by colour and it is worth understanding before you buy. Bronze is general admission — the pedestrian areas around the circuit, no assigned seat. Silver and Gold both include the Bronze areas plus an assigned seat in the stand you choose when buying, so a Silver or Gold ticket is a superset of a Bronze one, not an alternative to it.
The grandstands
Cover matters at Spa more than at most circuits. Gold 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 11 are covered, and Silver 4 is covered. Every other stand is uncovered.

The climb out of Eau Rouge to Les Combes was the DRS-era passing place and it still works in 2026, but the run now starts earlier and finishes differently. Sit high enough to see the whole climb.
Seats we could actually find on sale at Spa ran from €301 up to €1491 (general admission through to the priciest grandstand, not counting hospitality or Paddock Club) — checked 31 Jul 2026. Ticket prices move constantly and this is not every seat at the circuit, so treat it as a rough budget, not a quote. A typical return flight from a mid-priced European hub, booked around two months out, runs about €180 a person; add roughly €325 a person for three nights in a mid-range hotel over the race weekend. Getting there
Rural Belgium — a car, or a train to a nearby town plus a shuttle. The site is huge and the walks between sectors are long. Rural Ardennes accommodation is limited, and camping near the circuit is a long-standing, budget-friendly tradition here rather than a fallback option — hotel rooms in the nearest towns book out especially early given how few there are.
Where to sit
General admission here buys more circuit than almost anywhere else. The bank above Eau Rouge is the one everyone wants; the run to Les Combes is where the passing happens.
Weighing it against other circuits
Dates move; circuits do not. This block reads from the season overlay, so it is right whenever you happen to be reading it.
