History of Monza
The Autodromo Nazionale Monza has hosted the Italian Grand Prix since the beginning of the Formula 1 World Championship in 1950. It is loved by all Formula 1 fans, particularly the Tifosi who turn up in their thousands to support their beloved Ferrari. For a truly atmospheric weekend, Monza never fails to disappoint.
Accommodation and transport
Monza is situated about 15km northeast of Milan. The city has every kind of bar, restaurant and museum you could ever wish to visit, while structures such as the Duomo and San Siro stadium will keep you occupied. To get to the track over the course of the weekend, simply drive or take the train to Monza station, where a shuttle bus will then take you to the gates.
