How to get there: Korean International Circuit Travel Info
The international airport of South-Korea is located in its capital Seoul: Incheon International Airport. This airport is quite far from the Korean International Circuit. If you fly to Incheon Airport, you can take a domestic flight to Gwanju Airport. From there you can take a bus at the intercity terminal to Mokpo.
How to get to the track (and back)
To precede your journey to the Korean F1 circuit from Gwanju, you can take the bus at the intercity terminal of the airport to Mokpo. The easiest and probably the cheapest way to travel is by taxi. You can hail these on any street and it is recommended to take the silver or grey taxis, which are the cheapest. Note that in South-Korea you are expected to share your taxi with someone going in the same direction when travelling alone.
Car rental is also possible, but this is not recommended due to the crowded traffic that is hard to understand for foreigners.
Where to stay
There are not many hotels to find in the area near the circuit. The nearest hotels are in Gwanju, but we do recommend you to stay in Seoul. This city is friendlier for tourists and has more hotels to offer. Click on the links to find a hotel that suits you.
