Sao Paolo Brazil circuit description
The Brazilian F1 circuit Interlagos, originally named Autodromo Jose Carlos Pace, has a distance of 4.309 meters. With 12 corners it is an exciting Brazilian F1 circuit with spectacular moves. The race has 71 laps what makes a distance of 305,9 kilometers. The Brazilian Formula 1 Grand Prix circuit is one of the few non-oval racing circuits to go in an anti-clockwise direction.
The original Interlagos F1 track was full of fast corners and it allowed cars to keep maximum speed for up to twenty seconds and was considered very dangerous but since 1990 the old layout was completely abandoned. The new track still has a very long top-speed section that contains bumps, high-speed turns and little run-off area.
